Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

When I list your home, it will be placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. This is the most effective marketing tool available, giving all the REALTORS® and the public, access to your property.

I am a member of the REALTORS® Association of Hamilton Burlington,(www.rahb.ca ), therefore, when placing your home on the MLS computer system, your home will be viewed by all of its members (approximately 1900) who may bring potential buyers to view your property when it is listed with me .

As a REALTOR®, I am also a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association, so your home will be marketed on the nationwide MLS system, which you can visit at www.mls.ca.
